Recently, “Research on Automated Loading/Unloading Process Technology and Equipment Development for Middle Trough Painting”, independently developed by Zhangjiakou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of China National Coal Group), was awarded the First Prize in the National Outstanding Employee-Led Technological Innovation Achievements competition organized by China’s energy, chemical, and geological sector. The project features a custom-designed mechanical loading/unloading system that significantly reduces auxiliary handling time for middle troughs on the painting production line. This innovation has further enhanced both operational safety and production efficiency, generating direct annual economic benefits exceeding 900,000 CNY.
