Senior Officers of the Company

1. PENG YI is Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Fourth Board, acting as President of the Company. He currently serves as the Director and General Manager of the Group, Vice Chairman of Guoyuanshidai Coal Asset Management Company Limited, and Chairman of Zhongtian Synergetic Energy Company Limited. Mr. Peng graduated in July 1984 from Wuhan Construction Material Industry Institute (currently known as Wuhan University of Technology) with a Bachelor's Degree in Water Supply and Drainage Project, obtained an MBA degree from Wuhan University in June 1999, and obtained a Doctoral Degree in Economics from Wuhan University of Technology in 2011. Mr. Peng is also a Senior Accountant, Senior Engineer, Senior Professional Manager in Coal, and National Expert awarded by State Council. Mr. Peng was Head of the Design Department of Central-South Architectural Design Institute, Deputy Principal of Shenzhen Branch of Central-South Architectural Design Institute, Head of Finance Department of Central-South Architectural Design Institute, Deputy General Manager, Chief Economist and Finance Manager of Wuhan Kaidi Electric Power Company Limited, Chairman of Wuhan Green World Environmental Protection Group Co. Ltd, Chairman of Wuhan Kaidi Lantian Technology Company Limited, Executive Director and Executive Vice President of the First Board and CFO of the Company, Vice Chairman of the Second and the Third Board of the Company. He also served as Vice General Manager and Chief Accountant of the Group. Mr. Peng has extensive experience in corporate management, capital operation, and financial management.

2. CHAI QIAOLIN is CFO of the Company and currently a Member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Coal Group, Director and General Manager of China Coal Finance Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Sunfield Resources Pty. Ltd. Mr. Chai graduated from Beijing Colleges of Economics in July 1991 majoring in Finance and became a Senior Accountant. He has been engaged in financial management in China National Coal Overseas Development Corporation, China National Coal Import and Export Corporation, and China National Coal Import and Export Group Corporation. He used to be Deputy General Manager in Financial of China Coal Group, Deputy Manager，Manager in Finance of the Company. Mr. Chai has more than 25 years of financial experience in state-owned enterprises and more than 10 years of experience in capital operation and financial management in listed companies.

3. NI JIAYU is Vice President of the Company. Currently, he is Senior Officer of China National Coal Group, Chairman of China Coal Mine Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd., and Deputy Director of the Board of China Coal Education Association. Mr. Ni graduated from Harbin University of Science and Technology with a major in Industrial Design in July 1993， received an MBA degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in April 2002, and became a Senior Economist. He served as Manager of China Coal Construction Group Corporation, Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy Director of Human Resources of China Coal Group, Director of Human Resources of the Company, Senior Officer of Human Resources, Director of Auditing,  Head of the Administration Office and Director of Human Resources of China Coal Group. Mr. Ni has a rich experience not only in coal but also in human resources and administration.

4.YI BAOHOU is Secretary of the Board of the Company and Secretary of the Company. He is currently Secretary of the Board of China Coal Group. Mr. Yi graduated from Xi'an Metallurgy and Architecture Institute majoring in Industrial and Civil Architecture in January 1989 and the Correspondence Institute of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China majoring in Economics and Management in December 1993, and obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering from Hebei University of Architecture in June 2004 majoring in Structural Engineering. Mr. Yi is a Senior Administrator, Senior Engineer, Certified Senior Professional Manager, and Certified Senior Risk Manager. Mr. Yi served as Researcher, Manager, Deputy Director of the Administration office, Deputy Manager, Manager of Human Resources, Deputy Senior Manager and Supervisor of Discipline Inspection of Former Xi'an Design and Research institute under Ministry of Coal; Deputy Director of Former Handan Design and Research Institute under Ministry of Coal; Deputy General Manager and Supervisor of Discipline Inspection of China Coal Mining Equipment Company, Ltd. ; Senior Director or Vice General Manager of Beijing Coal Mining Machinery Company Limited; Director of Discipline Inspection Committee and Director of Auditing of China Coal Group; General Manager, Vice Chairman or Chairman of the Board of Datun Coal and Electricity (Group) Company Limited; Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Datun Energy Resources Company Limited; Employee Representative Director, Member of Audit and Risk Management Committee of China Coal Group; Chairman of China Coal Comprehensive Utilization Group Corporation; Chairman of China Coal Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Yi has been working in the coal for over 30 years with extensive experience in corporate governance, business management, operating control, internal control and risk management, communication with stakeholders.
